Forums Dead?

Should we try get more members somehow?
I mean this forums dying otherwise...

We need to get a hook for it.
There was the League which was a good one. Then it went.
The A1GP mod could be one.
But seriously I think it might be good to create a completely new forum. Then when new member comes he doesn't think: "Oh man, the last post's from January, can't bother to go to a dying forum" but he thinks "This might be something after some months. I'll register."
The better hook for the members, the more members will come.

The problem we've had is, the main success was in the vehicle simulations secition. Considering that this is meant to be a forum for ALL games, we've lost out pretty bad.
The only other really active section was off-topic, which isn't games at all. I'll be considering Gaming Alliance's future over the next couple of days.

can I make a suggestion? You should really give more emphasis to all kinds of games, invite people that like playing other kinds of games. Looking at the members this community, looks like everybody here loves racing more than anything else (me included) and that's unfair to what this forum stands for. So you should try to "promote" this place for every gamer out there, not ONLY bringing friends from racesims (no offenses intended). Please try these things before you consider closing this place.
